The Graduate Program in Veterinary Hygiene and Technological Processing of Products of Animal Origin (PPGHIGVET) stands out for its excellence in training highly qualified professionals to work in various areas, including Educational and Research Institutions, the Federal Inspection Service of the Brazilian Ministry of
Agriculture, and state and municipal agencies linked to Agriculture and Health.
The program trains its graduates to make a significant contribution to health surveillance, public health, inspection of products of animal origin, preventive veterinary medicine, technical responsibility, and quality control in industries in the
