Introduction
The Postgraduate Program’s main objective is to train professionals who can work in different Teaching and Research Institutions, as well as in the Federal Inspection Service of the Ministry of Agriculture and in the State and Municipal Departments of Agriculture and Health. The graduate will not only have knowledge to work in sanitary surveillance, public health, inspection of products of animal origin and preventive veterinary medicine, but also in technical responsibility and quality control in industries of products of animal origin, aiming at improving technological and sanitary aspects of food of animal origin.
